Training Times and Details during Term

During term time training will be on Monday at 8.30 – 10.30 in Hall 1 in the mardyke, Tuesday at 9.00 – 10.30 in studio 1 in the mardyke and Wednesday at 9.00 – 10.30 in Hall 1 again. Our beginner classes will be starting from Monday the 23rd onward, they will go on for about 2/3 weeks with beginners being catered toward from Monday through to Wednesday and then integrated into the rest of the club. We’ll be holding self defence classes aswell through the year, the first one being on the 28th of September (further details will follow).

If training bring any tracksuit pants and an old jumper or top. If you’d like to join before beginner classes begin feel free to drop in. Any beginners who wish to join during the year are also more than welcome, we cater to beginners year round.
